Hi Patrick, sounds interesting… I’m sure Josh Peak is a good guy.. but why not be that leader yourself? Brand YOU! It’s no wonder there’s only 3% of leaders in the industry… the reason is that they build their businesses through everyone that promotes how great they are. Sure you’ll make some money through association, but it’s not about producing average results is it?Sandra MacDonald

Sandra,Great point…Great point…except you missed a couple of things:1) Patrick is branding himself, by using a system that I have referred him to…it’s 100% about Patrick though, not Josh Peak. I was just the one who elevated his awareness to “BRAND” himself.2) Even in “branding” Patrick though, if he isn’t coached in the right ways, (which most trainers don’t teach), then his branding COULD backfire…due to message. So your opening a box, that you must elaborate more on. Good attempt

But, again, your right about Branding Sandra. I used to say brand first which was 2-3 years ago. Now I am saying to learn a couple of things first before branding…I have just taken it to another level in training. But, branding is something that will come along, AFTER, one specific piece of training is done first. Let’s set a time to talk Sandra, and I will show you what that piece is. Absolutely, the guidance does make a huge difference.. however, Patrick needs to promote Patrick and only Patrick as people buy people not systems or commission plans. Nothing wrong with learning from others, but if one keeps referencing their mentor and how wonderful they are they will never grow their own business to it’s full potential. Anyone that’s serious about finding a mentor to start a business will want to work with someone who is confident in themselves.

Yeah, 1) Patrick is branding himself, just go his page on youtube. 2) He’s giving credit in his video to me, which is a testament to how much he values what I have done. You look at most people’s page who claims to be a trainer, couldn’t get their own wife or husband to endorse them, lol. Patrick is doing very well, and is versed in branding…believe me.But, after reading really what your saying, I have an idea of why you feel the way you do I appreciate your opinion.Thanks again.Josh
