-And how to organize it all

Will you buy or lease the land and buildings for your new business.
Will you borrow money or use your savings to open the business.
Will you hire others or do it all yourself (with the help of family).
Will you do everything yourself or turn the business over to someone who has already run a business.
Will you have one boss and a bunch of workers. Or a committee of bosses and managers.
