I want some corporate job and want to decide what major out of the following I should do. Economics, leadership, or management. I want to work in NYC because my family is there. What can I get from these majors?

I am an incoming freshman planning to major in Economics at UC Davis. I would like to work at a bank, become an accountant, or do something related to finance for my career. I don’t know much about these careers, but I really want a job that pays well.
My opinion so far on some specific jobs:
Accounting- seems boring, but a stable job. Are there different types of accounting? What classes should I take? What’s the average salary?
Management- requires an outgoing and friendly person with a good attitude and outstanding leadership skills, able to handle situations on the spot. Not everyone can do it, but if you have these skills, you’ll excel in this area.
Investment banking- extremely competitive to get into, extremely competitive job in general, work 60+ hours per week, but extremely good pay. I especially want information for this. What classes should I take? What would help me get a job in this area?

I’m planning on majoring in economics, but considering business, for my bachelors degree. Is econ good for a top consulting firm? What about something in private equity, venture capitalist?

Trying to decide which major I want, I think I want to go into finance, but I am not sure. I know I am going into business- at a business school.
Also, if there are any people who have careers in finance, what do you specifically and do you like your jobs? Because I have an internship in finance and accounting and it is pretty boring…but it is just because they don’t give me enough work to do so I don’t feel like I have had the true experience.
