Under Loans
My husband, myself and our kids, are living with his parents, for the past six months. We both have very poor credit and are in desparate need of our own place. We now can afford our own place but cannot get a loan to purchase one. We have down payment in hand, and the monthly income to afford everything, but we are still without a home! Can someone please help with an idea of how to get a $6500.00 loan?

They typically run .99 per $100 and the deal (supposedly) is that if after 90 days of coverage, the cardholder croaks, that they credit card amount owed is forgiven. In the case of elderly people in not the best of health and with large credit card debt ($5000+) is this a good idea?
You’d basically be paying $500 a year and betting that you’re going to be keeping a high credit card balance and that you’d be likely to croak relatively soon.

I’m looking to make a little extra income. My wife is unemployed, I have two children and a stand-still job. If this method can bring me $300 – $500 more per month I would consider investing in affiliate marketing. If the majority of these claims are scams, please let me know or if you know how to produce the results as advertised please send me a link with a guide or a recommended site to read. I helped an ex get a motorcycle and now need him to repay me. He needs to take out a loan and repay me or buy the bike from me. His credit is horrible but there has to be places that will still give you a loan. Please help me with advice!
