Could someone explain in detail what this term means relating to affiliate banners and the like? I have a affiliate offer that says Incentivized is allowed; what does this mean?

It means a way to encourage people to take some action (visit your site, buy your products etc.) by offering them some kind of bonus.
“(..) My last incentivized program, which was paid to read email ads, sent my email to 4000 subscribers. I had only 350 clicks and zero sales. Shows you that most people don’t even feel the service is worth anything and don’t even bother to open the emails even though doing so gives them credits”
