Any of the credit agencies such as CitiFinancial and American General will finance mobile homes. It is getting harder and harder to finance them through a bank due to the fact that they depreciate so fast.

I understand how frustrating it can be to find a house you really like and not be able to get financing for it because it is a mobile home. We went through several loan companies and they would not finance our double wide but we finally got financing through Wells Fargo Home Mortgage – also from what I have been told Countrywide mortgage finances Mobile homes. I am sure there are alot more out there but we went through a mortgage company and they were the ones who found financing for us. Good luck in your new home
